The 57th edition of the Grammy Awards will take place on February 8, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and performers like Madonna, Ed Sheeran, AC/DC, Eric Church and Ariana Grande have been confirmed for appearances through the award show’s official Twitter account this morning. “First 57th #GRAMMYs performers announced: @madonna @acdc @edsheeran @arianagrande @ericchurch” read the tweet confirming the rumors Madonna had hinted at on her social media when she posted a picture of her "Rebel Heart" artwork blended with a Grammy Award. "Rebel Hearts see you Feb 8th @TheGRAMMYs," she said.
This will be Grande’s first performance at the Grammys where she is nominated for two awards: Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for "Bang Bang" with Jessie J and Nicky Minaj, and Best Pop Vocal Album for “My Everything.” Big favorites for the night include, Beyoncé, Sam Smith and Pharell Williams with six nominations each, followed by artists like Iggy Azalea, Jay Z, Drake, Beck, Sia, Gordon Goodwin, Miranda Lambert, Usher and Jack White with four nominations each.
