Mexican model Tracy Saenz jumped to fame after playing Gerardo Ortiz’s lover in the controversial music video “Fuiste Mía.” According to various sources, Tracy’s social media fan base increased significantly when the clip started making the headlines back in March.
The Sinaloa native, who has been approached by several publications (including Playboy Mexico) in the past couple of months, recently appeared on Televisa’s morning show “Hoy,” where she agreed to participate in Q&A game called “Ya Te Cargó El Payaso.” Unfortunately, things didn’t go too well for the actress.
In a video posted on social media earlier this week, the model can be seen on set next to the show’s host Andrea Legarreta who asks the following question, “When was the fall of Tenochtitlán?”
Saenz, who seems to be doing everything in her power to stop a big balloon filled with flour from popping all over her head, starts throwing random numbers at Legarreta, which clarified that Mexican history is not the model’s forte.
“In the year 60,” was Tracy’s first response. After realizing that the brunette bombshell was going to need a little help with this one Andrea replied, “More.” Tracy didn’t give up and continued to guess, “In the 80s! In the 90s! In 2000?”
Throughout the segment, Andrea kept trying to help Tracy find the right answer but her hints were unsuccessful.
“In 1994! In 1991! In 1992!” she yelled out.
After many hints and ridiculous attempts, the balloon finally popped over her head and the game was over. The correct answer, in case you were wondering, is 1521.
During a recent interview with Mexican journalist Shanik Berman, Saenz revealed that she would love to be involved in the music industry.
“I am going to be a singer, I will have my own band,” she declared.
We can only hope that her singing beats her history knowledge.
