Freddie Stroma has snagged a role as Samwell Tarly's (John Bradley) brother Dickon in season six of "Game of Thrones," Variety reports.
According to the website, Stroma's character is but one of several Tarly family members that fans will meet in season six. In addition to Dickon and his brother Samwell, we're also expected meet his father Randyll.
Stroma's acting credits include a breakout role as Adam Cromwell in the Lifetime drama "UnReal," which has been renewed for a second season. But the actor is probably best known for playing Cormac McLaggen in the "Harry Potter" franchise.
Meanwhile, Stroma joins previously announced season six additions including Pilou Asbæk as Euron Greyjoy (Theon Greyjoy's hot-tempered uncle), Ian McShane in an unspecified role, and legendary actor Max von Sydow as the Three-Eyed Raven, taking over the role of Bran Stark’s mentor.
As for a release date, reports have contradicting ideas but the main consensus is that "Game of Thrones" season six will premiere late April 2016.
