Mexican music group Fuerza Regida have joined the widespread efforts by celebrities to help those most affected by the Los Angeles wildfires.

After the devastating natural disaster swept through the city last week, several families were left homeless and forced to evacuate. Thousands of homes have been destroyed and at least two dozen lives lost. In that context, the group surprised many with a kind gesture toward the victims.

The group, composed of Jesús Ortíz Paz, Samuel Jáimez, Khrystian Ramos, José García, and Moisés López, announced on social media that they had rented a hotel for those affected by the wildfires.

The announcement came via the band's official Instagram account, where they expressed their sorrow over the events of recent days and reaffirmed their commitment to their Los Angeles fans and the community at large.

"LA, we are here with all of you during these challenging times. We rented out a hotel for 6 days starting 1/11/25 at 3 PM for those affected by the fire," the band shared in their Instagram post.

The post included an email address for those in need to coordinate their stay. Fans quickly applauded the band's efforts, praising them for their support during such a challenging time. Comments flooded the post, filled with gratitude and admiration.

"Fuerza Regida is for the community," "This is why I will always support Fuerza Regida," and "Thank you for helping those in need; this will bring you a thousand blessings," were just a few of the fan reactions.

The band had previously spoken out about the devastating consequences of the wildfires in California. In a post shared on Friday, January 10, the group urged their followers to pray for the city and expressed optimism about rebuilding Los Angeles.

"To everyone affected by these wildfires, we are all Los Angeles, we will rebuild Los Angeles, we are grateful for the firefighters and first responders," the band stated on social media.

With this gesture Fuerza Regida joins the list of artists offering their support to those most impacted by the wildfires in Los Angeles, demonstrating solidarity with the community during this time of crisis.
