A priest and two dominatrices are facing serious charges after they werespotted by passersby having sex inside the Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Pearl River. The whole thing was allegedly a roleplay by the two women with the priest and all were initially arrested for obscenity because they were viewed by the public.

Charged with vandalism charges were Travis Clark, Mindy Dixon and Melissa Cheng. All were initially booked with obscenity for the acts which happened in September of last year. However, the St. Tammany Parish District Attorney’s Office announced lesser charges for the trio who were seen by people through a church window, NOLA.com reported.

Per reports, the two dominatrices were wearing corsets and high heels at the time. Everything was being recorded. Sex toys and stage lights were recovered by the police at that time as well. An attorney for Dixon claims that police overstepped their boundaries by filing charges against them.

“It is clear the state went out of its way to contort the facts of this case in order to fit their own narrative,” Attorney Bradley Philips stated. “This [is] nothing more than a thinly veiled attempt to regulate the morality of private individuals. Just because you don’t like something, doesn’t make it criminal. My clients look forward to their day in court as we continue to fight this baseless allegation.”

It would, later on, be determined that everything was consensual. However, the 37-year-old reverend was removed from the church the day after he was arrested.

After the desecration and lewd acts, the church burned down the altar and built a new one last October. The charges filed against Clark came on the same day that Montgomery's office charged Pat Wattigny, former pastor of a Slidell church, with molestation of a juvenile.

If all three are convicted, they could face up to two years in prison with or without hard labor. Aside from that, they will be fined not more than $1,000 according to the DA’s office. They are set to be arraigned Monday before state District Judge Ellen Creel in Covington.
