A young Florida TikToker has received a reduced sentence after driving his BMW at 150 mph and crashing into an SUV transporting six people, killing all of them.

20-year-old Noah Galle often posted videos on TikTok of him driving at incredibly high speeds, offering $25 to viewers who could correctly guess the speed he had been traveling at, reported The Palm Beach Post.

In January of 2022, Mirlaine Julceus, 45; Filaine Dieu, 46; Vanice Percina, 29; Remize Michel, 53; Marie Louis, 61 and Michel Saint, 77, had all been leaving Pero Family Farms, where they worked, when, around 11 p.m., then-17-year-old Galle crashed into them, killing everyone inside.

On Monday, Wellington resident Galle received a reduced sentence after entering a plea deal, preventing his case from going to trial. Galle will serve 12 years and 180 days in prison after pleading guilty to six counts of vehicular homicide.

Galle, who is the son of Wellington attorney Craig Galle, was supported by a team of prolific attorneys including West Palm Beach criminal lawyer Michelle Susaker. Defense attorney Liz Parker read Galle's statement of remorse aloud in court.

"There's not a day goes by that Noah doesn't think about his actions and what impact they have had on so many lives," she said. "He wishes every day that he had died in the accident and not the victims."

Had the case gone to trial, Galle could have been facing 55 years in prison. Following his current sentence, the 20-year-old is also sentenced to seven additional years of probation, 800 hours of community service and a victim impact panel. He will also have to complete a 12-hour driving course, and his license will be revoked for three years.

"The victims' families have written to us that they did not object to this plea. Some of them didn't even want him to go to jail at all. One wanted us to drop the case entirely," said a statement from the victim's families shared by Chief Assistant State Attorney Alan Johnson. "What is the proper sentence in the case like this? No amount of prison time will bring the victims back to their families. We feel this is an appropriate resolution. This case is a tragedy."
