"Doctor Who" fans rejoice! Two newly released clips for the upcoming 50th anniversary special, give fans a look at the most beloved Doctors out of the series entire run return. Fan favorite David Tennant reprise the role alongside Matt Smith, the current Doctor in two action-packed promo trailers. The "Doctor Who" team aims to deal with the one incarnation of the Doctor that is always glossed over, but never detailed, the one time the Doctor went a little too rogue, played by John Hurt for the special. Two new trailers have released for the special, both of which feature Tennant and Hurt.

Also making a return to the "Doctor Who" series, Billie Piper, everyone's favorite companion Rose, and of course, the Daleks. Along with the Daleks, the Zygons will be making an appearance, which are a shapeshifting alien species last seen back in 1975. Fans have been hoping that John Barrowman would somehow reprises his role as Captain Jack but no word yet on if he will return. From the trailer it appears as though the "Doctor Who" team has put a lot effort toward the production values of the special, as some of the segments depict fancy large-scale space battles, complete with entire fleets of ships firing at one another.

So far the plot of the special has been kept close to showrunner Steven Moffat's and team, but we'll hopefully finally find out the details of the Doctor's sordid past, which is something always mentioned, but never really divulged to fans. The special will air this month on November 23, in 3D. Make sure to check out both action packed clips below and let us know what you think.
