An Arkansas doctor got his license suspended after he was caught on camera walking around the office naked and masturbating on a female receptionist.

The video allegedly shows Dr. David Diffine walking around naked, aside from a baseball hat, throughout the Blytheville office. At one point, Diffine walks though the receptionist's office in front of three women, and reportedly ends up ejaculating onto one of them, as reported by KAIT-TV.

The incident was reportedly captured on camera during business hours, according to documents obtained by the station.

Although the incident allegedly took place in 2019, Diffine's license was not suspended until October. While the investigation was underway, Diffine reportedly told the investigator, "I don't know anything about that at all," during a September interview, according to documents obtained by KAIT-TV.

"The pervasive behavior leads to concerns about a sexual compulsive disorder or paraphilia which may in fact cross boundaries with his delivery of medical care. Simply, the interaction with his office staff suggest an entanglement in his medical practice," Dr. Bradley Diner with the Arkansas Medical Foundation wrote in the documents.

Diffine was previously investigated by the Arkansas State Medical Board in January after someone submitted a complaint about his now-deleted Instagram account "@naked.drdave." Diffine defended the posted photos at the time, saying he was promoting "body positivity."

The doctor was also previously temporarily suspended in 2017 after he was accused of prescribing large amounts of pain medication, however the board found no evidence to support the claims and reinstated his license.

Diffine and the office did not return requests for comment from various media outlets, including KAIT-TV, the New York Post and Daily Mail. He has not been criminally charged in connection with the incident.
