Demi Lovato graced the cover of her fourth studio album "DEMI" topless!

Fans are eagerly waiting for the sexy singer's fourth studio album, which is set to be released on May 14. After the release of Demi's pop rock single "Heart Attack" back in February, all eyes are on the "X-Factor" judge as she embarks on a very personal and exciting journey in her career.

Giving in to the excitement and anticipation, Lovato teased fans on Twitter with a glimpse of the glitter-filled cover on Saturday.

The tweet then directed her 12 million followers to the official Demi Lovato page which gave fans another glimpse of Demi's new music and look, with a DEMI album trailer. The video starts with static and chaos however clears up with Demi ominously declaring "This album, this is mine, my story."

The following Monday Demi shared the full album cover through her Twitter. The Latina musician is topless and smothered in silver glitter with her arms strategically placed over her chest. Demi has stated that her new album will be the most soul-baring work. Perhaps her body-baring album artwork is symbolic of her intimate album.

The "Heart Attack" singer is extremely proud of this body of work and anxiously anticipates sharing it with the world.

"It's better than anything I have ever done!" she continued. "I experimented with a variety of different sounds and poured my heart into writing these songs. I'm so excited for everyone to finally get the chance to hear them!"

The young star is certainly keeping busy. Lovato recently announced that she would be returning to X-Factor as a judge for Season 3 of the show.

"I am so excited to return as a judge and mentor on 'The X Factor,'" Lovato said in a statement. "Last season was an unbelievable experience and I really enjoyed developing personal relationships with the contestants and the panel."
