Chris Brown has reportedly suffered a seizure while at a Hollywood recording studio early Friday morning. The 24-year-old R&B singer refused to go to the hospital when emergency rescue responded to the 911 call.

Brown's on again off again girlfriend Karrueche Tran sent out a few tweets asking for prayers and saying she needed a hug because she had a lot on her mind. Tran did not say specify if she was talking about Brown's health issues.

Earlier this month Brown sent out a tweet, he later deleted saying he was retired after his latest album "X" was finished. Brown said fame was great but not when it is because of your actions and not your music.

"Don't worry mainstream America. After this "X" album, it'll probably be my last album...Being famous is amazing when it's for [your] music and talent. I'm tired of being famous for a mistake I made when I was 18. I'm cool [and] over it!"

Hollywoodlife.com reports a source close to Brown said the singer was just venting and is not done with his music career. The source said,

"It's not true. Chris can't be killed. He won't be defeated. The media is strong, but he isn't about to let them ruin him. He was built to last. It's a rough patch for him and like all great [men], he'll get through it."

E! News reports earlier in the week Brown turned himself into the Van Nuys police in order to deal with the investigation into his hit and run case. Brown was released an hour later, with no set bail.
