Chiquis Rivera New Boyfriend? Singer Seeing Member Of La Original Banda El Limón, Find Out Who

Chiquis Rivera seems to be doing just fine in the love department! Jenni Rivera’s daughter is moving on after calling off her engagement to music executive Angel del Villar just a few months ago. Rumors began circulating after photos of the singer with Lorenzo Méndez, a member of La Original Banda el Limón surfaced. In the pictures, however, although the two are together, they can not be seen engaging in any romantic activities such as holding hands or kissing. Nevertheless, if you’ve been paying attention lately, you can tell by their Snaps from their individual accounts that they’ve been hanging out together although they don’t appear on each other’s social media.

Telemundo’s “Suelta La Sopa” couldn’t help but to ask Chiquis about the rumors and the alleged relationship, to which she revealed that they’re “going out” but not really dating. So we’re guessing they’re just spending time together and see how everything goes. “My heart is happy,” Chiquis said to the Telemundo show. “We’ve been friends for so long, and I think that because he’s single and I’m single, people have seen us talk on Twitter, but you never know what the future holds. Maybe he… You never know!”

She also addressed the fact that she was never officially signed under DEL Records, her ex fiancé’s company, because she has her own record company. However, she’s open to other possibilities and opportunities and is exploring her options, but for now she’s focused on finishing her next album. She did say that her ex and she remain good friends and he did give her very valuable career advice when they were together, and that’s where people must’ve gotten confused.

After that interview with “Suelta la Sopa” people took her connection to Lorenzo Méndez too seriously and apparently began bombarding her and her ex on social media. Some theories suggest that Del Villar got upset because Chiquis was “replacing” him way too fast and that Lorenzo was receiving threats from angry fans. Whatever the case, Chiquis wasn’t happy about it and took it to Twitter, in a series of posts she later deleted. She pretty much went on about how people like to interfere in her personal life and cause more harm than good to people who have nothing to do with the situation. She later asked why there are so many bad people in the world and asked her followers to let her live.

Time will tell if Chiquis and Lorenzo are meant to be in the end, and we do hope they are!
