Chelsea Transfer News: Atletico Madrid's Filipe Luis Is Joining Diego Costa In London

Latin Times has just learned that the London Club, Chelsea has just struck a deal with Atletico Madrid to obtain the services of Brazilian defenseman, Filipe Luis.

Luis has still yet to agree to the transfer, but all indications are that the 28-year old will make the move to the English Premier League after signing teammate, Diego Costa earlier today.

Chelsea has been looking to fill a hole on the defensive end after losing defender, Ashley Cole to Stamford Bridge last season.
