Channing Tatum Allegedly Choosing Jessie J Over Friends And Career

Channing Tatum is reportedly choosing love over his friends and work. He is said to have disregarded everything else in his life and decided to devote his time to his ladylove.

As per the National Enquirer, the 39-year-old actor is not even thinking about himself anymore and is just focusing on his relationship with Jessie J, his current girlfriend. Based on the report, a source told the magazine that Tatum and the British singer would often just spend the whole day together. They allegedly don’t care about what is happening outside of their bedroom, and the actor is said to be not even picking up his phone when his friends call.

“They’ll spend the whole day in bed together, oblivious that there’s a world out there,” the source claimed. “He’s not returning calls from his pals and even his colleagues are upset.”

Tatum is said to be not worried at all even if he loses many job opportunities by staying with Jessie J all day since he is financially secured already. It was further claimed that with how Tatum is behaving these days, people around him started to get concerned.

“He figures he may as well enjoy his time with his hot new squeeze,” the tipster supposedly said. “All he wants to do is be with Jessie and everybody’s worried about him.”

The report may sound convincing, but it is actually filled with made-up details. Tatum did not give up on his career just to spend all his time with Jessie J. In fact, he was recently spotted filming “Free Guy” with Ryan Reynolds in Boston. Aside from acting, he is also working on producing a number of projects like TV shows and movies since he has his own production company called Free Association.

As for the allegations that Tatum is also ditching his friends for his partner, this was proven false when he was seen having a good time with his pal at a bowling alley just hours before his filming schedule. The actor reportedly arrived at Kings Dining & Entertainment at around 9 p.m., then he and his friend bowled until 1 a.m. They drank beers and vodka while playing, and later he posed for pictures with the establishment’s staff.

Tatum and Jessie J confirmed their relationship back in March following months of speculations that they are dating. The two started seeing each other not long after he and Jenna Dewan ended their nine-year marriage in April 2018.
