"The Carrie Diaries" Season 2, Episode 7 is titled "I Heard A Rumor" and airs Friday at 8pm on The CW. Carrie (AnnaSophia Robb) is shocked when she reads a nasty rumor about her in a New York City gossip rag, but Samantha (Lindsey Gort) has a plan to set the record straight. Walt (Brendan Dooling) steps in when Bennet (Jake Robinson) feels taken advantage of at Interview. Mouse (Ellen Wong), worried that she and boyfriend West (RJ Brown) are stuck in a rut, does something very risqué. Meanwhile, when Maggie (Katie Findlay) experiences a medical emergency, Sebastian (Austin Butler) is forced to reach out to the one person who can help. WATCH A PREVIEW DOWN BELOW!
On Episode 6 titled "The Safety Dance" Carrie (AnnaSophia Robb) struggles with writer’s block, Weaver (Chris Wood) tries to help but gets in the way. Carrie fights this block by having sex with her new man and Weaver advices her to write about something that makes her feel uncomfortable. Meanwhile, Maggie (Katie Findlay) and Sebastian (Austin Butler) grow closer after learning that she is pregnant. When Bennet (Jake Robinson) moves to a dangerous neighborhood, Walt (Brendan Dooling) takes drastic measures to keep himself safe, with both hilarious and heartfelt results. Meanwhile, Larissa (Freema Agyeman) and Samantha (Lindsey Gort) finally find some common ground: sex, even videotaping their act. Carrie decides to end her relationship with Weaver as she doesn't feel support from him. She goes back home and goes to visit Sebastian with the excuse of returning his jacket, but when she arrives she sees Maggie sleeping in the couch. Carrie assumes Maggie and Sebastian are still in a relationship and turns around while Sebastian see's her drive off.
On Episode 5 titled "Too Close For Comfort" Sebastian (Austin Butler) learns that his mother is getting remarried, he asks for Carrie’s (AnnaSophia Robb) dad (Matt Letscher) to make sure she is legally protected. Carrie is furious when she discovers that Weaver (Christopher Wood) has secretly read her journal. Mouse (Ellen Wong) volunteers to help with the Homecoming float, but tries to distance herself when West (RJ Brown) wins Homecoming King. Samantha (Lindsey Gort) finds herself a place to live and another unusual job. Meanwhile, Dorrit (Stefania Owen) begins to feel smothered by Miller (Evan Crooks), especially when he befriends her dad, and Donna LaDonna (Chloe Bridges) gives Dorrit some wise advice.
