Camila Cabello opened up after Fifth Harmony's statement about her leaving the group and used her Instagram to defend herself after a the group's statement said the Cuban songstress informed the other girls via her representatives instead of her.
The singer uploaded a letter to her fans where she explains what leaving the group means to her and how much she appreciates the opportunity of being a part of it.
"When I turned 15, I had the blessing of being put into a group with four very talented girls. We were 5 strangers that weren’t even aware of each other’s existence that were given a shot at one dream together..." she explains.
Cabello continues the letter by saying she was shocked to read Fifth Harmony's statement and that they perfectly knew her intentions of a solo career from a long time before. "Saying that they were just informed through my representatives that I was 'leaving the group' is simply not true," she added.
The letter is about 4 paragraphs long and explains her intentions for the future as she wishes the best to her fellow friends from the group.
This picture has gone viral on Instagram and Camila’s fans and Harmonizers haven't stopped writing multiple comments on the account that has over 8 million followers.
