The Brangelina divorce saga seems to be never ending and with the focus shifting to their bitter custody battle, both actors are fighting tooth and nail. After being accused aof child abuse, Brad Pitt was the subject of a Department of Child and Family Services investigation. Now the investigation has officially closed and the "Allied" actor is in the clear to see his children on his terms.

According to In Touch Weekly, the LA County's Department of Children and Family Services is officially out of his hair. The star who was accused of child abuse was under investigation and only allowed to have monitored visits with his children. Now, the star can have visits with his six children without supervision from a DCFS monitor.

After having two supervised visits with the children in November, DCFS officials recommended that Pitt no longer needs to have a monitor present when he spends time with his children.

“During the DCFS investigation, it was revealed Brad is a very loving father, extremely attentive and involved in all of the kids’ lives,” an insider exclusively reveals. When the case lands in family court, “DCFS is prepared to testify on his behalf.”

The site reports that in addition to recommending unmonitored visits, "“DCFS has also recommended that the kids remain in therapy. But Angelina’s desperate to leave the country and go to London with the kids. Social workers think that’s a terrible idea because the kids Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8 need stability, and the progress that’s been made with them in therapy would be lost,” the insider explains.

Angelina Jolie has yet to speak out about the DCFS decision to cancel monitored visits but we're sure she's not happy. The abuse claims wee grounds for her maintaining full custody of the children.
