Authorities are still searching for the body of Jessica Jackman a 22-year-old woman who has been missing since June 20 following a boating accident on Lake Powell in Utah.

Jessica Jackman, her mother Marilyn and another woman Valerie Bradshaw were all killed when their boat collided with a house boat on the Utah Lake. The bodies of Marilyn Jackman and Valerie Bradshaw were recovered but the younger Jackman girl has not been located since Thursday's boating accident.

Marilyn Jackman was found the same day of the boating accident. The body of Valerie Bradshaw was found Sunday night around 7:12pm. Reports say the woman was found in 340 feet of water.

According to News Max the boat the Jackman women were on had 13 people onboard including six children. When the two boats came close News Max said Jackman tried to avoid the house boat but they slammed into one another causing the motor boat to turn over killing three of its passengers.

Thursday's boating accident was not the only recent boating accident to claim lives. According to Reuters 10 people were killed and another 20 are missing following a boating accident of the coast of Gabon. The boat was carrying "West African clandestine migrants" when it sank on Friday.

On Saturday two adults and four children were pulled to safety off the Buffalo Bill reservoir when a thunderstorm caused their boat to capsize.

With the summer just getting underway boating accidents will pile up if people are not careful. Always make sure to adhere to safety regulations when out on the water in order to avoid a tragedy.
