Ariana Grande disappointed thousands of her fans when she decided to cancel her performance in Kentucky seven hours before the show commenced. But the singer made it up to some of her supporters in a touching way.

On her Twitter account, Grande told her millions of followers that she’s in a lot of pain due to her serious sinus condition. And as such, she was having a hard time breathing. Even though the singer didn’t want to cancel her show, she was left with no other choice.

Donald Sneed, one of the people who is running a fan-made Twitter account dedicated to Grande, said that he and the other Arianators decided to gather at a restaurant after they found out that the show won’t push through. Around 40 Grande fans showed up at the restaurant.

When the singer found out that her beloved supporters were there, she decided to pay for their entire bill. Sneed and the other Grande fans shared their photos on social media, and they also took this as the perfect opportunity to thank their idol for the treat.

“We love you so much. You have the biggest heart. Thank you for everything,” one royal fan wrote.

“Today would not have been possible without you. Today was the most fun I’ve had in my life. I’m so thankful for how much closer we grew today. Thank you so much for lunch today. We all were so happy; you have no idea. This memory will live with us forever,” another fan tweeted.

Meanwhile, Grande’s next scheduled performance is for today, November 19, at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. As of late, there is no announcement yet on whether the show will push through.

On Twitter, the singer hinted on the possibility of her show pushing through. She said that she’s so excited for tonight but she can’t tell her millions of followers why just yet.
