Apple's annual Worldwide Developer Conference will kick off today, June 2, and a special keynote address will be given at 10 a.m. PDT/1 p.m. ET. And even more Apple's special event will be live streamed. According to Apple's website, to watch the video you must have Safari 4 or later on OS X v10.6 or later and Safari on iOS 4.2 or later.

The keynote speech will also be streamed on Apple TV running 5.0.2. or later and the company has made a WWDC app which will also stream the event and keep track of the forthcoming days activities.

This year's event is said to have a ton of exciting news from the Cupertino-based company. The biggest speculation comes in the form of Apple's operating system, iOS. It is believed the follow-up to last year's iOS 7 will be debuted at WWDC this year. iOS 8 is believed to feature a plethora of new apps and take a focus on health introducing Healthbook. Fans have also speculated that Apple will announce OS X 10.10 for macs and a new software for smart homes.

Fans are also hoping the company will introduce new hardware. Rumors have been floating around the internet about an iPad Air 2, iPad Mini 3 and two new larger iPhone models. Apple has recently been discounting the current iPad models which could mean that we will see new models this year, whether that's at WWDC is yet to be determined.
