The 44-year-old actress-director was sighted running errands last week in Los Angeles after the filming of her upcoming movie “Those Who Wish Me Dead.” She was photographed sporting a sleeveless nude-colored gown with dark sunglasses as she strolled along Beverly Hills. What had piqued everyone’s interest, however, was the slender frame visible underneath her clothes — which one forum user had even described as “skeletal.”
