Andy Murray wins Wimbledon 2013. Murray defeated Novak Djokovic in three straight sets, to become the first Brit to win the tournament in 77 years. No British man has won this tournament since named Fred Perry triumphed here in 1936. Murray did in fact make it to the Wimbledon finals last year, but lost to Roger Federer.

Wimbledon culminated with an exciting men's final with the top two seeds, No. 1 Novak Djokovic took on No. 2 Andy Murray. It is their fourth meeting in a Grand Slam final, with Djokovic having beat Murray in the Australian Open in 2011 and this year, while Murray won against Djokovic in last year's United States Open.
