A video of amputee soccer players brawling have gone viral on the Internet. The charity soccer match taking place was between Belgium and the Netherlands, with each player previously having an amputation and only having one leg.
All players were using crutches and synthetic legs due to their amputations and it was truly a sight of inspiration to see these players overcoming their physical challenges. However, despite it being a charity match, and despite the players being amputees, the inspirational moment was short lived when violence broke out between the two sides.

The Holland and Netherlands soccer match turned violent after one team member apparently tripped another, according to the Christian Post. One player tried tripping another when they challenged each other for the ball. That then led to other players shoving each other and shouting abuse at one another. That thens started the widespread brawl between the players.
But the players weren't the only ones to take part in the brawl. There were also able-bodied bystanders and fans who jumped onto the field to join in on the fisticuffs. It is said there were about 20 people involved in the brawl.
Referees quickly jumped in to try and break up the fight and although they were able to hold a few players back they were not able to completely stop the brawl from taking place.

Daily Mail reports that Marnix Huys felt the game was still a success despite the brawl saying, "felt we were doing well. A couple of beginner's mistakes, but all in all we had reason to be happy." Huys Continued, "It was a pleasant match with a few incidents that should not have happened, but other than that things went well. In the end we got stronger and stronger both physically and technically."
