“America’s Got Talent” returned last night for its season 8 premiere, and it sure was entertaining. During the episode, we caught a glimpse of the new judges Heidi Klum and Mel B. and pretty much things got weird from there.

The auditions began in San Antonio, Texas, and what says Texas more than bringing a snake on stage?
David Weathers brings an enormous rattlesnake up on stage and then blows up a balloon, holds it in front of the snake’s head and instructs him to pop the balloon. So…the season was off to a great start. Oh! And Mel B was scared then excited. All judges say yes!

Next up after that daring stunt was Marty Brown. The country singer came all the way from Kentucky and was tricked into auditioning by his wife. His voice was amazing and the crowd loved him, Marty Brown got four go-aheads by the judges.

The next audition was from New York City! Literally this performance is a hot mess with Miu being the main attraction. Between the studded bra and dance moves I actually don’t even know where the talent was meant to be found. While Howie seemed to be mesmerized by the ridiculous performance, the other 3 judges vote no.

The next entertaining audition came from Catapult Entertainment, who were very similar to a group from “America’s Got Talent” Season 6”The Silhouettes”. This group uses some magic and illusion to make an interesting and entertaining dance company, the judges loved it and they are moving on to Vegas!

The last audition of the night on “America’s Got Talent” is Tone the Chiefrocca, his goal in life is to be a one-hit wonder. He sings his original song “Booty” and it’s actually silly, the judges dance around and the crowd is into it, and he is heading to Vegas.
