It looks like playing "Deep Throat" porn star Linda Lovelace released Amanda Seyfried's inhibitions.

In "Lovelace," Amanda Seyfried plays the porn sensation, from her humble beginnings to her glamorous life as the star of "Deep Throat," and ending with her activist days when she spoke out against the industry that made her famous.

Being the "it" girl of the moment, with everyone waiting for the release of her latest movie to see her evolution from a sweet, innocent girl to a mature woman with needs and ambitions, Amanda Seyfriend sat down with Elle Magazine, and in a very candid interview, the actress opened up about love and sex, topics she had never discussed so openly in the past, and her role as a porn star.

"I read the script and I was like, 'Wow, this is the riskiest thing that's happening [in Hollywood] right now,'" she said. "The first thing you think about is that it could have ruined my career. At the same time, I was like, 'This is my chance to show them, to show the industry, to be recognized.'"

She also gushed about her dating life, admitting that sexual attraction is a must.

"Everybody I've dated I've been sexually attracted to immediately," she said during an interview with the fashion magazine. "Sparks don't grow-your vagina doesn't become more inclined to wanting someone just because you're around them."

Seyfried also said that although her relationship with ex beau Dominic Cooper is over romantically, they're very good friends and whoever ends up with any of the two, will have to accept the fact that they still talk and get along.

"We love each other ..." she said of Cooper. "He'll always be in my life regardless of what his girlfriends or future wife think. I'm never going to be with a guy that can't deal with my friendship with him."

When asked about a recent romantic interest, the "Mamma Mia" actress said there was someone, but it was still somewhat of a fantasy and refused to reveal the mystery man's identity.

"[He's] someone separate from my industry life- I've known him since he was 16 ... I picture him as the father of my children all the time. But it is a fantasy right now."

"Lovelace," which premiered at Sundance in January, was quickly scooped up by a distributor and it's scheduled to open up for the public on August 9.
