Amanda Bynes was back in the news this week after going on a Twitter rant against Rihanna and then saying she was going to sue the NYPD for sexual harassment and for entering her apartment illegally.

"NYPD Internal Affairs investigators have found no evidence to corroborate Ms. Bynes' allegations," Yahoo News reports a statement from police as saying.

On Thursday police entered the apartment of "Easy A" actress Amanda Bynes and found that the troubled star was engaged in some illegal activity. Claims go on to say that Bynes tossed her bong out the 36th floor window of her Manhattan apartment.

The actress would later claim that the NYPD touched her inappropriately and said she would sue. Now the NYPD has responded to Bynes' claims saying that there is no evidence supporting her allegations.

According to CNN, an internal affairs representative for the NYPD said, "A credible civilian witness who was with the officers throughout told investigators that none touched Ms. Bynes inappropriately or otherwise engaged in misconduct at any time."

As previously reported by the Latin Times, Bynes says she is not a drinker or drug user and that she is in fact allergic to alcohol.
