- 1.75oz Rihaku Dreamy Clouds Nigori Sake
- 1.25oz Mizu Honkara Shochu (must use this one/the proof is higher at 70%)-do not sub
- 0.25oz St. Germaine
- Dash Fee brothers Plum Bitters
Preparation: Add all ingredients, except plum bitters, to shaker can, add ice, shake vigorously. Strain into Chilled 8oz coupette, add the quick dash of plum bitters, garnish with standard cucumber slice.
Sake Caipirinha from SUSHISAMBA

- 2oz Typhoon Futsu-Shu Sake
- 6 Lime wedges
- 0.75oz Simple syrup
Preparation: Muddle lime wedges in shaker cup, add simple syrup, sake and ice. Shake vigorously. Pour all into 11.75oz double old fashioned glass, garnish with lime wedge and sugarcane stick.
Sake Negroni from SUSHISAMBA
- 1.25oz Dewasakura Izumi Judan Sake
- 0.75oz Noilly Prat Sweet Vermouth
- 0.5oz Aperol
Preparation: Place all ingredients in shaker cup and add ice, shake vigorously. Pour all into 11.75oz double old fashioned glass, garnish with ½ orange slice.
