'Zootopia' Premiere: Shakira Brings Movie To Nearly 3K Children From 'Fundación Pies Descalzos' [PHOTOS]

Shakira is excited with the premiere of Disney's animated film "Zootopia" Friday. Not only is she part of the official soundtrack with the single "Try Everything," but she also has a role in the family film. In celebration of the movie, which sends a wonderful message about humanity and world peace, Shak invited the children from her Pies Descalzos Foundation to watch the movie before its official theatrical debut.

"Today 2,800 students from @fpiesdescalzos watched #Zootopia. Thanks to #CompromisoDisney!," the Colombian singer expressed on her social media platforms. "As you can see, they were ZOOPER excited!," she added, sharing photos of the wonderful movie event.

In "Zootopia," the 39-year-old artist portrays Gazelle, a famous pop star in animal kingdom. "I felt that we had many things in common," she told El Pais about her character. "A lot of details are mine, the eye color, the eyelashes, the hair. Even the clothes," she added. Although she and Gazelle have many similarities, Shak confessed that she was lacking something very important. "I thought she needed more hips and I asked them to add more and they did!," she expressed. "It's been a fun process and different compared to everything I've experimented in the past," the bombshell said.
