Local police were forced to reexamine a series of 2022 occurrences at a Princeton Heights residence after viral footage. Charges have been filed against the lady who is allegedly in the video.

First-degree burglary, first-degree property damage, and illegal use of a weapon are the charges brought against 54-year-old Judy Kline.

A random woman berates a Latino family repeatedly in videos that have gone viral on TikTok by yelling into their Ring Doorbell, banging on the front door with a hammer, and even appearing to shuffle through their mailbox. Over the past year, the videos have received millions of views. She is also said to have gone around to the house's back and used a hammer to plow open the basement door, according to the probable cause statement. On a drying machine, she is charged with breaking the glass door.

According to the authorities, the victim was at home with his 4-year-old daughter. Kline is accused of insulting the victim inside the house while holding a hammer above her head.

"Show me some illegal paperwork because I know you didn't buy this house because you don't have enough money," the woman said in a video from January 2022, reports kmov.

According to city property records, the Lisette Avenue house belongs to the family. The couple's daughter provided News 4 with the videos, claiming that her family has been the subject of racial abuse.

St. Louis police on Tuesday forwarded News 4 three incident reports from January, March, and December of last year that mention burglary, property damage, and other things. They claim to have detained the suspect and requested warrants. They refused to provide the name of the suspect, citing laws that state the information is sealed because no charges have been brought.

"It was back on Jan. 7, 2022," 22-year-old Fatima Suarez said.
Suarez said that's the day a stranger started terrorizing her family. Her parents and two sisters live in south St. Louis.

"My dad said my little sister, who was four at the time, yelled at him that there's a lady in the backyard," said Suarez.

"We don't know her from anywhere. She just randomly just started going to the house," Suarez said. "I don't know why. I think she's racist and I do not think she lives in their neighborhood because we saw her waiting on a bus. I feel like it's a hate crime."

"She's stolen my parents' mail. She's sat outside their home for hours. One time we approached her, and she said she was going to kill my family," Suarez said. "Police just keep her for like 72 hours the most and then let her go. I think it needs to be taken more seriously."
