With November coming in soon, gamers are now looking forward to the new game titles that Microsoft will be offering for the Xbox Games with Gold service. Among the game titles to expect to include “Aragami: Shadow Edition” and “Swimsanity!” which gives subscribers new games to check out.
Aside from the two game titles, Xbox Games with Gold for November will also offer two games in “Full Spectrum Warrior” and “LEGO Indiana Jones” via backward compatibility. The four new game titles will be available free of charge as revealed through the Xbox Wire Twitter account.
The new titles replace the October offerings that included “Slayaway: Butcher's Cut,” “Maid of Sker,” “Sphinx and the Curse of the Mummy” and “Costume Quest.” The latter game was a fitting one for Xbox Games with Gold subscribers, something timely for the Halloween season.
“Aragami” should be an interesting game to check out, a third-person stealth-action game that originally came out in 2016. Players take on the role of undead assassins who use mystical powers to stalk their prey. Players can use different features such as turning invisible or summoning powerful weapons to enjoy this game.
“Swimsanity!” is another interesting game for folks who love to take on new challenges. This time, however, gamers take on the role of Moomba as they venture out to face different underwater foes using a wide variety of weapons and powerups. This is a game that should be great for players who want to play cooperative or individually, Game Rant reported.
For those who are looking to try out some games via the backward compatibility route, “Full Spectrum Warrior” and “LEGO Indiana Jones” should be worth a try. The first one is an original Xbox title that was released in 2004. “LEGO Indiana Jones” needs no further explanation as the title connotes. It was one of the first of Traveller's Tale's iconic LEGO platformers for the Xbox 360.
The new games offered under the Xbox Games with Gold for November should be something to keep most occupied. However, most are also focused on the unveiling of Microsoft’s latest game consoles – the Xbox Series S and X. Both are set for release on Nov. 10.
