Apple announced that it is World Wide Developer Conference or WWDC will de held between June 10 and June 14 in San Francisco.
Apple's WWDC is when a lucky few of few developers get the ability to get an in-depth look into the world of Apple's operating systems including iOS and OS X. WWDC offers over information sessions, extensive hands-on labs, and engaging events. Developers will not only be able to interact with each other for networking and inspiration, but the WWDC offers developers the ability to connect with Apple engineers. Developers may even have a first hand experience with some of Apple's hardware secrets during the WWDC.
"We look forward to gathering at WWDC 2013 with the incredible community of iOS and OS X developers," said Philip Schiller, Apple's senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing.
Tickets for WWDC went on sale yesterday at an astonishing price of $1,599 a piece and according to MacRumors, the WWDC tickets sold out in less than 2 minutes. Based on pervious conferences about 5,000 tickets were for sale, and after merely minutes there are no more tickets available.
While ticket sales for the WWDC 2012 seems impressive, with the tickets selling out in 2 hours, this year's rate was staggering.
So now that you've heard all about this awesome technology conference filled with Apple developers and secret, you want a way in. Unfortunately you cant, the tickets are sold out.
However, you can still be a part of WWDC by following a lot of the sessions online as Apple promised to publish a lot of WWDC 2013 content during the conference.
Great things can be expected this year at WWDC, "Our developers have had the most prolific and profitable year ever, and we're excited to show them the latest advances in software technologies and developer tools to help them create innovative new apps. We can't wait to get new versions of iOS and OS X into their hands at WWDC," Schiller said.
