"El Muelle" or "Sexual Roulette" is a dangerous sexual game that began in Colombia but has spread across much of Latin America. 1. The game became popular among young Colombians but has quickly spread to other countries and resulted in a number of young girls falling pregnant. 2. The game consists of a a number of young men lying down while the girls take turns performing intercourse with each man. They rotate in turns, as if it were a human game of roulette. The first one to ejaculate loses.

3. The game takes different forms. I some cases it is a group of guys with only one girl, other times one guy with several women, or a large group of teenagers of both sexes. In most cases, this game does not involve the use of condoms. 4. Argentine paper 'Clarín' explains that the danger of this game isn't just the risk of unwanted pregnancy that has occurred in several countries. The young men are really unaware of the danger that sexually transmitted diseases can pose, which can be so easily transmitted in a game like this.

5. The game has been reported in social media in a number of Latin American countries including Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela and of course Colombia. The game has even crossed oceans, spreading to Spain where despite involving sexual relations between minors, it is not counted as an offense as the act is considered consensual. Doctors have emphasized that this is a dangerous game with serious risks of spreading diseases such as syphilis, hepatitis and even HIV.
