"The Originals" is about to get even more mysterious, because for tonight's episode the cast will be donning disguises, well more like masks, but don't fret someone will be betrayed. Betrayal at a ball is a classic, but keep in mind that this ball isn't just a run of the mill party, this Masquerade Ball is being thrown by the King of New Orleans himself. Meaning that while formal attire is a must do, so is some serious backstabbing.

Episode 3, "Tangled Up in Blue" centers on Rebekah and Klaus discovering some interesting and helpful news about Marcel's inner circle. The reigning King of New Orleans has some deep secrets and while most involve the supernatural creatures that call the Big Easy home, his deepest secret has to do with an ordinary human. The only innocent human on "The Originals" is about to be exploited and not for her bartending skills, Cami may be in some serious danger in tonight's episode. Rebekah cunningly invites Cami to the Masquerade Ball, and when Marcel sees her there he is anything but pleased. But instead of the lust filled reunion we anticipated between Rebekah and Marcel, the pair have an interesting exchange regarding Cami. "I can tell you fancy her pure heart," Rebekah says in the sneak peek video, the shot then flashes back to when Marcel was dating Cami, who was innocently dressed as an angel at the ball. "Perhaps I'll feed it to you." Oh Rebekah, your impeccable timing and sass will never cease to amaze me.

Episode 3 will also showcase Rebekah's willingness to work with her brother Klaus, in spite of Elijah's warning, the siblings have set up a plan in order to take down Marcel's secret weapon, Davina and his entire empire. Don't forget, "family is power" and with "The Originals" seemingly united, they will be difficult to defeat. But don't except Marcel to give up without a fight, in the promo video the angered vampire is seen screaming "they do not steal what is mine."

Oh boy, oh boy, Marcel versus Klaus will be a fight you don't want to miss. "The Originals" episode 3 airs tonight on the CW at 10 pm, if you miss it tonight be sure to check it out online available the next day at cwtv.com via live stream.
