Nike's 'Winner Stays' commercial features a pretty star-studden line up. The new commercial shows a group of young kids playing soccer. "Winner stays," says one. "In that case," says the other. "I'm Cristiano Ronaldo." He immediately transforms into the Portuguese superstar. The other young players follow suit, transfomring into Neymar Jr., Wayne Rooney, Zlatan Ibrahimović, Gerard Piqué, Gonzalo Higuaín, Mario Götze, Eden Hazard, Thiago Silva, Andrea Pirlo, David Luiz, Andrés Iniesta, Thibaut Courtois, and Tim Howard.
"In this game of winner stays," says the commercial. "Every touch of the ball proves that football will always belong to those who Risk Everything, even when it matters the most." The sports apparel giant released its latest soccer commercial last week — just in time for the 2014 FIFA World Cup. The impressive four-minute commercial begins in a non-descript field in the U.K. which eventually transforms into a giant stadium to rival the Brazil World Cup stages as star players sit in the audience and watch their counterparts play on.
The Nike commercial also features a chance for fans to get involved: "Show us your game with #RiskEverything -- tag your best football moments for a chance to be featured in a Nike highlight reel." The crazy commercial even features a character from the Marvel universe: at one point, one of the young players who is acting as goal-keeper yells 'Hulk', and sure enough he transforms into the giant green monster to save the goal.
