Seth & Ashley
What has Seth Gold, right, done to make Ashley so annoyed? Find out tonight on an all new "Hardcore Pawn." Twitter@HardcorePawn

On Tuesday's episode of "Hardcore Pawn," Les Gold's kids, Seth Gold and Ashley Broad are challenged to come up with ways to increase and improve sales at "American Jewelry & Loan."

Seth is still in hot water with many staff including his sister (as usual) after attempting to require pat-downs after security chief Joe was fired for theft. Ashley offered a more pragmatic approach, but Seth demanded they bring down the hammer.

Les is surprisingly silent about the issue, as he usually uses his power as owner to trump any of Ashley and Seth's ideas he finds issue with, and has let the pair work out new security measures for the store on their own. After a mass walkout by the window staff in reaction to Seth's new stringent security policy, Ashley is able to successfully plead with most of them to return to work, as seen on last week's episode of "Hardcore Pawn."

However, the dubiously crafty Seth, known for such endeavors as trying to secretly sell American Jewelry's new Pontiac, Mich. location without Les' consent, has come up with an unbelievable sales pitch to prospective customers.

On the TruTV website, a teaser depicts a young man coming into American Jewelry and ordering that Ashley give him a 20 percent discount. A confused Ashley confronts the belligerent man, and yells "I'm not quitting!" Meanwhile, Seth is at a separate counter smiling like he's watching his favorite sitcom as he observes Ashley dealing with the disgruntled customer.

"What was that about?" Ashley rhetorically asks Seth after security ushers the man out. He then asks Ashley and Les to accompany him to the roof, where they peer out toward a new billboard posted a little way down 8 Mile Road. As the camera pans toward the poster, Ashley screams, "Oh ... My ... God!"

Find out what the billboard said and what Seth has been up to on tonight's episode of "Hardcore Pawn," "Monster Deals," airing at 9 p.m. Eastern on TruTv. For those with a subscription to a major national cable company, be sure to catch the online video of the episode on "TruTV2Go" after the airing if viewers can't see it when it airs.
