Spoiler Alert! If you do not wish to know anything of this episode stop reading now!
Tonight on Grey's is a reunion fans have been waiting to see for years! Burke returns! That's right Isaiah Washington returns to "Grey's Anatomy" to reprise his role as Cristina's first big love! And it looks like he has returned for her. In the promo trailer Cristina is giving a lecture of some sort and is stopped mid-sentence when she spots Preston Burke in the crowd.
Earlier this week Isaiah Washington leaked a picture (which can be seen below) of himself and Oh on the set of Grey's with the caption "Work finished on 10x22. April 1, 2014," adding #CardioGods. Fans had no idea what to expect but the new promo finally gives us some context. In the video we see Burke telling Yang, "I want you, Cristina," he says. "All you have to do is say yes." Perhaps that is how Sandra Oh's character exits the show? Whatever the case we will find out tonight!
Meanwhile Jo is overwhelmed with her case load, Stephanie finds out the truth about Bailey's bubble-boy case and Derek and his sister, Amelia, team up to operate on conjoined twins.
The description for tonight's all-new episode, "We Are Never Getting Back Together," reads: Cristina seeks guidance from Meredith as she makes a decision about her future. Meanwhile, Derek and Amelia join forces to operate on conjoined twins; Jo takes on too many cases; and Stephanie uncovers the truth about Bailey's bubble-boy case on "Grey's Anatomy" airing Thursday May 1 (9/8c p.m.) on ABC.
There are a couple of ways to watch "Grey's Anatomy" tonight. The first is to tune in live on ABC, but if you are away from home you can login to ABC's website and stream the episode live as well. Or you can download the ABC app and watch the episode there as well as catch up on previous episodes of Grey's. A third option is to buy the episode from iTunes or Amazon Instant Video which cost about $2 but won't be available until the day after it airs.
