Steam originally dated "The Walking Dead" Season Two's first episode, "All that Remains," for Dec. 17. Today, Major Nelson, Larry Hryb, of Xbox Live has revealed that the series will come to the Xbox 360 on Dec. 18. So Steam was close but off by one day. Hryb took to his blog, Major Nelson Blog, to reveal the news, and also added that the first episode would be available for only $4.99. He also mentioned a bundle will also become available for the remaining four episodes via a season pass for only 14.99.
The second season is already confirmed to star Clementine, Lee's ward from previous episodes, as she attempts to stay alive in and around Georgia during the zombie apocalypse. Player choices from Season One and standalone DLC 400 Days will carry over into the coming episodes, and at least one other character from Season 1 will make an appearance. We also know that season two will incorporate choices made in the 400 Days DLC and season one. While characters from season one will be involved someone seeing how they were pictured outside Gil's Pitsop. Also Clementine can keep her hair short for season two.
If that isn't enough Hryb also announced that the incredible "The Walking Dead" Season One will be available for 66 percent off starting Dec. 17 through Dec. 23. "The Walking Dead" game Season Two, starting with Episode One "All That Remains" on Steam Dec. 17. This will be followed by the Xbox 360 version on December 8 as a standalone episode XBL purchase for $4.99 or as a full five-episode season pass for $14.99. The release dates and prices for the PS3 and mobile device versions have not been revealed yet.
