Tonight on “The Voice” the five remaining artists performed twice each. They sang one song their coach sang for them and another one as a tribute to home. Kristen Merlin opened the show from team Shakira and for her first song sang “Gun, Powder and Lead.” Adam complimented her on the fact that she has grown so much on the competition. She received great feedback from the coaches. Up next, for team Usher Josh Kaufman sang “All of Me.” Adam congratulated both Usher and Josh for the great job they have done. Blake told him that he was definitely going to be in the finale without a doubt. Up next Adam chose “Chandelier” for Kat Perkins. Blake said that she capitalized on opportunities like no one else. Up next from team Blake Jake Worthington sang “Good Ol’ Boys.” He received great feedback from the coaches. Up next Adam picked “Hide and Seek” for Christina Grimmie. She received great feedback from the coaches.
For his second performance of the night, Usher picked “Love Runs out” for Josh Kaufman. Blake told him he was a natural born killer singer. Usher said he left it all on stage. For Kat Perkin’s second performance of the night she sang “Let it Go.” She received great feedback from the coaches. Up next Shakira chose “Foolish Games” for Kristen Merlin. Blake said it was the most connected he has ever seen her. Usher said it was a reflection of the good job Shakira has done with her. Up next for her second performance, she sang “Some Nights.” Usher enjoyed her performance. Shakira said it was a fun performance and that we was very creative. Last but not least, for his second performance of the night Blake chose “Heaven” for Jake Worthington. He received great feedback from the coaches. His coach Blake said he was so proud of him.
