Season 5 of "The Voice" will return Monday and Tuesday with the recently announced Top 12! Those Top 12 artists will all perform on Monday at 8/7C p.m. on NBC from the teams of coaches Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green. Voting will take place, per usual, after the show ends until 11 a.m. the next day. As always, you can vote for your favorite artist online HERE on the show's website or via the NBC Live App, NBC App or Facebook. Fans can also vote via Sprint text messaging or toll-free phone calls. If you buy the artist's performance on iTunes, that also counts as a vote for the contestant. You can cast 10 votes per artist. Tuesday at 9/8C p.m. on NBC, the Top 10 of "The Voice" will be revealed, cutting the group down by two artists. Watch "The Voice" on Mondays at 8/7C p.m. and Tuesdays at 9/8C p.m. on NBC. However, the NBC show announced today that there will be a new twist called the "Instant Save" when it comes to voting in the last of the Top 10. Before the 10th artist to be saved is announced, Twitter users watching the show will be given five minutes to vote for their favorite of the bottom three artists. The winner of the flash five-minute vote will be move on to become part of the Top 10 going into next week. In order to vote on Twitter, you have to tweet the first name of your favorite artist with the hashtag #VoiceSave during the allotted time when Carson Daly gives the signal. You may also retweet someone who has tweeted an "Instant Save" vote to be counted as an additional vote, as well. There has been some mixed reactions to the new "Instant Save" on Twitter and Facebook. Some people are excited about the new twist to the voting and others are saying that it will unfair. Facebook user Carol Sanders said, "Still not fair to West Coast. I like to stay off Twitter so I don't know who is saved before I actually get to see it. Now, I can't see the show, but I can know is possibly gone? Thanks a whole heap!" Facebook user Neuber Nunes was excited about the new "Instant Save." He said, "Wowww, I'm from Brazil and now I can participate!" However, CarterMatt.com compared the "Instant Save" to the flash vote on the "The X Factor" UK earlier this season that was widely unpopular.
