‘The Voice’ Season 5 Episode 3 Tonight: When And Where To Watch; Plus Week 2 Sneak Peek [VIDEO]

Last week, "The Voice" premiered Season 5 with original coaches Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton. Christina, Cee Lo and Blake picked up four artists and Adam recruited five for his team during Week 1 of the blind auditions. The coaches will each need 12 singers to fulfill their rosters. Standout artist Matthew Schuler who performed Young the Giant's "Cough Syrup" received the fastest four-chair turnaround in "The Voice" history and was won over by Christina. Jamaican Tessanne Chin was also a hot item in Week 1. She sang Pink's "Try" and picked Adam as her coach.

Last Monday's premiere raked in some stellar ratings for NBC, reports The New York Times. "The Voice" has grown to a 4.9 rating in the 18 to 49 age category. It was 4.2 last year. For NBC, "The Voice" is second only to "Sunday Night Football." The show also has gained 14.7 million viewers as compared to last year's 12.3 million. Many critics are saying Season 5 will be the most buzzed about and highest rated season ever. The show's success is the result of many elements including the star power of the coaches, original idea of the blinds, amazing talent and -- of course -- the bromance between Blake and Adam that the fans so love.

As Season 5 takes off, it looks like the other coaches have become set on making sure that Blake does not win yet another season of "The Voice." Blake has won the last three seasons. "We're gonna gun for you homie," says Adam to Blake in a Week 2 preview. "America needs change," adds Christina. One of the things we haven't seen this season yet, is Cee Lo's trusty pet sidekicks.
