Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s divorce and custody battle have made a large amount of progress in the past three years that the proceedings have been running. Recently, the actor and actress have officially become legally single, making a huge step forward for their separation.
Rumors have gone around that Pitt has been seeing less and less of his children and that the divorce has made his health decline. However, recent news claimed that the award-winning actor has just gained a major victory in his “messy divorce” with his “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” co-star.
The “Fight Club” star finally got a breakthrough in the divorce battle after Jolie allegedly “allowed” their 6 children to stay with her ex-husband over the summer. According to the report, the “Tomb Raider” actress reached out to Pitt, giving him a chance to spend time with their kids, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne, while she’s busy with the filming of her upcoming movie “Those Who Wish Me Dead.”
“Angelina is going to be spending a lot of the summer filming Those Who Wish Me Dead, so she reached out to Brad and offered him the chance to look after the children,” said a source. “This is a massive step for them and the children, who have only had limited time with Brad since the break-up.”
This will be the longest time that the award-winning actor will be spending time with his children, claims the source, and Pitt is “over the moon” with joy. He allegedly even contacted his parents, Jane and William, in order to invite them over to all spend some quality time as a family.
“It feels like a really positive move all round and Brad is over the moon,” claimed the source. “He’s invited his parents, Jane and William, to stay with them at his mansion in LA so they can have some proper family time together.”
This comes as pleasant news for all as the overall vibe seems positive for the divorcees as their plans come along. Pitt finally gets to showcase his being a father, which he has prioritized over dating ever since the divorce was made public.
