"Irreconcilable differences" have been the end for Vanessa Marcil's and Carmine Giovinazzo's three-year marriage.
The divorce was finalized Monday, after Marcil filed for divorce last summer. The couple was married in 2010 and had no children together, although they were reportedly trying to have a baby at some point. In 2011, Giovinazzo announced on Marcil's Twitter account in December that they had had a miscarriage, "our second one this year."
Marcil is better known for her roles in "Beverly Hills 90210" and "General Hospital," whereas Giovinazzo is a cast member of "CSI: NY."
It has been a couple of rough years for the now-divorcée. Marcil was sued by "90210" co-star and former flame Brian Austin Green, who made allegations that she had taken more than $200,000 from him. The lawsuit was dismissed by a judge in October 2012.
Giovinazzo was arrested for DUI in January in Arizona, with double the blood alcohol level than the legal limit. Arizona policemen said the actor was one of the nicest people they had ever arrested, who apologized profusely to them.
The settlement states that Mercil will get their shared apartment and all rights to her baby clothes company, and Giovinazzo will keep most of their shared cars, which includes a Mercedes and a Ducati.
