The Truth About Bella Hadid's Same-Sex Dating Rumors

Bella Hadid’s love life has always caught the fancy of gossip mills. While her on-again, off-again relationship with The Weeknd isn’t news anymore, speculations ran amok that supermodel has secretly dated famous women and men in the dark. While the gossip sounds juicy enough, Gossip Cop did a few background checks to dig up the truth about the buzz.

In 2017, the “Star” ran a report alleging how Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid were secretly an item. The report was run post their appearance at a pride event earlier that year in London. A source alleged that Hadid was just "experimenting" with the other gender, as she seemed to have run out of luck with men. But, a deeper probe into the rumor only saw the rumors getting quashed by Jenner’s rep who claimed the report was bogus. Truth be told, Jenner and Hadid are thick friends and share a great platonic relationship.

But, tabloids weren’t really convinced. Soon after, speculations began to pile up hinting at Hadid being the deal-breaker between Stella Maxwell and Kristen Stewart was Hadid. The rumors were fuelled by photographs of Stewart and Hadid kissing each other in 2015. But, a quick verification made it clear that the kiss didn’t evoke any animosity among the three. Well, what’s more, Hadid has also linked to Stewart’s ex soon after.

A media outlet claimed that Robert Pattinson and Hadid were "getting pretty close while posing for photos at the recent Dior Homme Menswear show in Paris." The outlet however made no incisive claims to back its narrative, apart from suggesting how the two could share the next “high profile relationship.” Sure, they must’ve had a ball while shooting for Dior, but it’s plain false to concoct a tale based on a good working relationship between two adults.

While the rumors of Hadid dating women are exciting, there’s sadly little truth to any of the gossips that have been floating about. Nor was she seeing Drake or “keeping things on the down-low” as reported by a popular daily years ago.

But, that’s in no way saying that the 24-year-old isn’t having fun. She’s entitled to do and explore as she pleases, but linking her to random celebrities just because she shares a great rapport with them is plain absurd.
