Authorities in Ireland are investigating vandalism at Trump's golf course in Doonbeg, Co. Clare where multiple greens were dug up and Palestinian flags were planted on the course.

The incident occurred on March 12, the same day US President Donald Trump hosted Ireland's head of government, Taoiseach Simon Harris for St. Patrick's Day events. Authorities believe at least three individuals were involved in the vandalism and are calling on any witnesses or people who have video footage of the area to come forward, according to the Irish Times.

A spokesperson for Trump Doonbeg condemned the act as "childish and criminal" but assured that repairs were underway and business would not be affected.

The act comes just days after Trump's Turnberry golf resort in Scotland was similarly vandalized. On March 8, activists spray-painted the clubhouse and damaged greens, accusing the US administration of supporting Israel's actions in Gaza.

Investigations into both incidents remain ongoing.
