Trump Supporters Report Mysterious Symptoms, Temporary Blindness After Attending Rally

Attendees of a Trump rally reportedly left with bizarre symptoms and no explanation for their cause.

Last week's Trump rally in Tucson, Arizona, left attendees with eye irritation which became severe in some cases. 6 of the attendees sought medical attention for their unexplained symptoms.

"I can't see anything when I try to open my eyes," explained Mayra Rodriguez, a pro-life activist who attended the rally. "I see a bright light. It hurts, it hurts a lot to open my eyes. I have this cold cloth I put on and take off constantly. It's horrible."

"As soon as we left and we stepped outside my eyes were burning," Rodriguez stated, explaining how she made the 90-minute drive home from Tucson, attributing the irritation to allergies, before deciding to go to the emergency room. At the hospital, medical staff said her symptoms looked like she had been "sprayed with something."

Like the other rally goers who suffered similar symptoms, Rodriguez was seated in the section of the rally located directly behind former President Donald Trump.

Rodriguez then contacted the Trump campaign in order to inform them of her symptoms. They responded by telling her they were conducting an investigation into the issue.

"The Trump campaign has been collecting information," the Trump campaign told News 4. "We remain committed to the countless patriots that attend our high-energy, high impact rallies across the country."

News 4 also spoke to a brother and sister duo who attended the rally and experienced the same symptoms as Rodriguez.

"It kept getting worse and worse, my eyes were watering a lot, my nose started running then I started feeling my face get really flushed and my neck felt like it was on fire and it just progressed from there," the sister said.

"It was all focused on my eyes, my eyes were red like hell you know, it's unbearable." her brother elaborated. "I couldn't handle it."

The United States Secret Service stated that it had not been aware of the situation during the rally, but that there had been no known threat to the former President.
