“Women’s Health” announced the launch of “All in 18” (“Todo en 18”), a DVD fitness program led by bilingual trainer Idalis Velazquez. A Puerto Rican native, certified personal trainer, and former Women’s Health “Next Fitness Star” finalist, Velazquez was selected to launch the publication’s first DVD fitness program that provides the option of both English and Spanish-speaking workout routines.

Inspired by her own personal experience as a busy, working mother with limited time for exercise, “All in 18” was designed by Velazquez to target the total body in a series of 18-minute long workouts using minimal at-home equipment. Each DVD contains both the English and Spanish program options – which contain identical workouts and are accessible for participants of any level. Along with the designated workout programs, “All in 18” offers a supplementary easy-to-follow meal plan created by Women’s Health, with over 60 recipes for healthy, perfectly portioned meals and snacks to enhance results.
