TMG (Toyota Motorsport GmbH) has just rolled out a new privateer racing-spec Toyota GT86 sports car for the most hardcore of weekend warriors.

Officially known as the TMG GT86 CS-V3, the latest GT86 is designed specifically to allow privateers easy access into the V3 class of the Nürburgring VLN racing series. Eligible for entry into the Nürburgring 24 Hours race, the TMG GT86 CS-V3 has received homoogation for Deutscher Motor Sport Bund in Germany. While the Deutsche Motor Sport Bund is so far its only certification, expect more categories registered in the near future.

Similar to the road car, the TMG GT86 CS-V3 is one of the most involving, and most affordable packages you can find: fully race trimed and ready to run, the GT86 CS-V3 will cost €38,500, or $47,760.

The most important modifications done to the GT86 CS-V3 is a stiffened chassis and optimized weight distribution. The GT86 CS-V3 comes with racing exhaust, uprated suspension and racing brakes, a full roll cage, and a bare-bone stripped interior. The race car will be significantly more lightweight than its standard guise but the GT86 CS-V3 will continue to use the same 2.0 liter four-cylinder engine drivetrain producing 200-hp.

Is the Nürburgring 24 Hours in your bucket list? There's probably no better or more economical way to be a part of the grid than by ordering a TMG GT86 CS-V3. TMG is already open for orders and deliveries will depend on demand.

TMG will continue its near-endless GT86 development and a GT86 Cup car is rumored for future release.
