Buffalo Bills linebacker Von Miller will miss the rest of the 2022 season after undergoing surgery to repair a torn ACL. Miller had missed the past two weeks due a knee injury that placed him on the injured reserved list. According to NFL Networks’s Ian Rapoport, Miller had surgery on his meniscus when doctors noticed the previously unseen ACL tear.
A cheerful Miller posted a video a social media from his hospital bed ensuring everyone that he would be just fine.
In 11 games with Buffalo, Miller ranked up eight sacks, 12 quarterbacks hits, and the seventh highest pass rush win rate by edge defenders at 23%.
This is the second time the 33-year-old has torn his ACL.
