Selena Gomez is known to have famous and talented friends like Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, Demi Lovato, Vanessa Hudgens and so on. Being a celebrity means an endless opportunity to meet new people and maybe new friends. This might be the case for Gomez, who found another #friendshipgoals with rapper Cardi B.

The two Latin artists first worked on a collaboration project titled “Taki Taki,” along with other Latinos like DJ Snake and Ozuna. Since then, Cardi B and Gomez have been gushing over each other via Instagram. Take a look at how Gomez and Cardi B show what their #friendshipgoals are.

Supporting Each Other In Difficult Times

In late 2018, news broke on Gomez seeking professional treatment after an emotional breakdown. One of the first to show support was her “Taki Taki” co-artists DJ Snake and Cardi B. DJ Snake uploaded a message via Instagram. “Get well soon Queen, prayers are sending,” he said. Cardi B posted a message too via her Instagram account. “You are Amazing,” she wrote.

Cardi B Giving Selena Gomez Some Advice

After sending her support to Gomez via Instagram, Cardi B described in an interview how sweet and kind Gomez is. “When I met her, she was such a sweet, adorable person. She's really what you see. She's really a sweetheart,” Cardi B told E! Live.

“I just want to let her know, Girl, you're beautiful, you're rich and hold on because even sometimes I feel like I'm losing my mind. I just got to pray hard to God and get away from social media,” the “I Like It” singer added. Looks like a sound advice.

Having Some Coachella Fun

For the first time, Gomez had an opportunity to perform at music festival Coachella. Of course, the surprise performance from Gomez is not complete without her “Taki Taki” team DJ Snake and Cardi B. Many who witnessed the performance expressed on Twitter their happiness to see the two perform the hit song together.

Selena Gomez Fan-Girling Over Cardi B

During an interview with Brazilian YouTuber Hugo Gloss, Gomez confessed being a big Cardi B fan. She adores hip-hop music, especially the ones with Cardi B on it.
