A Texas man and his cowboy-hat-wearing horse have taken social media by storm after the pair was spotted enjoying a meal at an upscale restaurant Monday evening.

Michael Duncan and his horse, Ranger, turned heads as they dined on the patio of Dallas's Mexican Sugar with Ranger towering over the table, sporting a black cowboy hat adorned with a golden sheriff's badge. Video shows the duo, who have no known affiliation with the sheriff's department, waiting for drinks amidst the lively atmosphere.

When curious TikToker @LoRich approached Duncan, she learned he trailers Ranger to new destinations weekly, documenting their adventures on Instagram. Before dining, they explored Dallas hotspots including the Katy Trail and multiple restaurants, even stopping for ice cream at one point.

Duncan and Ranger, based in Fort Worth, have attended events like Cowboys games and the Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul fight.

Beyond their viral escapades, the duo also participates in philanthropy, raising funds for Horses for Mental Health, a nonprofit promoting mental health programs involving equine therapy. Their recent trail ride raised $500 for the cause, with donations still open through the organization's website.
