Telemundo and NBC Universo are presenting their new programming for the 2015-2016 television season. The Spanish-language network has a lot of surprises in store. Rumor has it that they will announce a new telenovela project with Lucero, Aracely Arambula and new seasons of "El Señor De Los Cielos" and "Señora Acero." This morning it was announced that Angélica Vale is joining the network in a new weekly show called "La Sorpresa De Tu Vida." It is a weekly two-hour, family-oriented Saturday night show that Vale will co-host with Raul Gonzalez. Slated to premiere next season, the new entertainment program will offer viewers the opportunity to share and be part of making their loved ones’ dreams come true, as they present their testimonials and real life, heart-warming stories. Special guests, celebrities and the studio audience will witness how contestants are surprised to fulfill their dreams, in a highly interactive show featuring games, music and humor segments.
"'With La Sorpresa de tu Vida,' Saturday nights will never be the same," said Luis Silberwasser, President, Telemundo Network. "We identified an opportunity on Saturday nights a while ago and took our time to develop the right concept and identify the right talent. Angelica and Raul are the perfect hosts for this modern, interactive format that will appeal to the whole Hispanic family." This evening will be all about Telemundo and their new programming. Rafael Amaya, Blanca Soto, Maria Celeste Arraras, and more will gather to make waves in the Hispanic market.
Previously Telemundo had announced that the "Big Brother" format would be produced for Latino audiences. “We are pleased to add yet another truly global hit franchise to Telemundo’s reality lineup,” said Luis Silberwasser, president, Telemundo. “Our viewers are passionate and engaged with reality entertainment programming, and with "Gran Hermano" our partners at Endemol Shine North America have provided us with an addictive new series whose cast will fully represent the changing face of America."
